Park Medi World Limited to develop 550-bed hospital in Prayagraj

Park Medi World Limited has been awarded a mandate under the Public–Private Partnership (PPP) model by the Prayagraj Municipal Corporation in Uttar Pradesh to develop and operate a 550-bed multi-super speciality hospital.

The project involves constructing the facility on a 3.22-acre site over a two-year period, with a long-term lease of 45 years. Park Group plans to invest approximately INR 200 Crore toward construction. To support the project, the Municipal Corporation of Prayagraj will reimburse INR 76.52 Crore, covering roughly 38% of the capital outlay.

Located near Arail Ghat, the hospital is positioned to serve a densely populated area and is close to the Sangam Ghat pilgrimage destination. Once completed, it is expected to be the largest private healthcare facility in the city.
