Parker McCollum Plans to Fly Home for Son Major's 2nd Birthday

Country singer Parker McCollum announced that his son Major will turn two on August 8. McCollum described Major as a high‑energy toddler who keeps him busy, even joking about the boy’s new favorite word, “no.”

McCollum is scheduled to perform at The Pavilion at Star Lake in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania, on the same day. He said he will complete the show, then take a direct flight from the Pittsburgh area to Nashville so he can be with his family for a birthday celebration, possibly held on August 9. The travel time is roughly two hours, allowing him to return home early Sunday morning.
