Parkin expands operations and renews JLT parking contract in Dubai

Parkin Company PJSC has renewed its Parking Management Framework Agreement with the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) to manage approximately 2,800 paid parking spaces in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) for an additional 10 years. This exclusive contract includes 250 motorcycle spaces and involves the installation of solar power infrastructure to enhance operations.

Additionally, Parkin has introduced paid parking in two new areas: Warsan Industrial and Dubai Islands. In Warsan Industrial, parking is charged at Dh4.20 per hour from 8 am to 10 pm daily, except Sundays, with various subscription bundles available. In Dubai Islands, parking is operational 24 hours a day at a rate of Dh4.20 per hour, also offering long-term subscription options.
