Parking Esports opens new facility in Gandia

Parking Esports, owned by Veracruz Properties SOCIMI S. A., has opened a new parking facility in the Corea neighborhood of Gandia. The project involved the complete renovation of a former public parking area that previously suffered from poor conditions.

The upgraded site features 134 parking spaces, including four equipped with electric vehicle charging points. Improvements to the facility include new asphalt, signage, lighting, and the installation of surveillance and access control systems. Residents and workers in the high-density area can rent fixed spaces for 50 euros per month to help reduce street congestion.
