Parkway Drive announces global theatrical release of 'Home' documentary

Australian metal band Parkway Drive has announced the global theatrical release of their new feature documentary, ‘Parkway Drive: Home’. The film centers on a unique, self-funded performance held at the Sydney Opera House on June 9, 2025, where the band reimagined their music alongside a full symphony orchestra.

Departing from their traditional high-energy stage presence, the production featured a formal setting and a redesigned setlist. The documentary also explores the band’s evolution from the metal underground to global festival stages, detailing the creative tensions and technical challenges involved in collaborating with classical musicians.

The film will premiere in Sydney on November 10, followed by an Australian theatrical release on November 12. In North America, the documentary will debut with premieres in Los Angeles on November 15 and New York on November 17, before a wider release on November 18 via Evan Saxon Productions.
