Parlem telecom restructures ownership after Inveready debt swap and €7.9 million capital raise

Parlem's shareholders approved two key measures to stabilise the company’s finances: the conversion of a €17.5 million debt held by venture‑capital firm Inveready and a fresh cash injection of €7.9 million through a capital increase. The combined actions give Inveready a controlling stake just under 50%, making it the reference shareholder, while Global Portfolio Investments – the investment vehicle of the Mayoral fashion group – retains its 19.15% holding.

The board of directors was also expanded from four to ten members. Four new directors nominated by Inveready (Roger Piqué, Sara Secall, Aniol Brosa and Sara Sanz) will occupy four seats, and two independent directors (Silvia Martínez Losas and Eulàlia Oms) will join the board. The previous founder and president, Ernest Pérez‑Mas, and other long‑standing members lose their majority influence as the governance structure is reshaped.
