Parliament of Catalonia approves safety measures for C-32 access

The Parliament of Catalonia has approved a proposal to improve road safety on the access road to the C-32 highway between Calella and Pineda. The measure, introduced by ERC, aims to reduce accidents caused by the frequent presence of wild boar in the area.

Key actions include improving lighting along the road and installing fencing to prevent animals from crossing. Additionally, the resolution calls for a technical study to analyze accident rates in the zone and the establishment of an action protocol for the Mossos d'Esquadra and the Servei Català de Trànsit to increase surveillance and reduce incidents.
