Parma introduces LambrettaSpritz to modernize local Lambrusco mixology

The LambrettaSpritz event, held on September 23 at Ristorante Parizzi in Parma, introduced a new mixology concept centered on DOC Colli di Parma Lambrusco. Created by Cristina Conti in collaboration with the Lambretta Club Parma and the Consorzio di Tutela Vini DOC Colli di Parma, the initiative aims to present local heritage through a contemporary lens.

The namesake cocktail, LambrettaSpritz, combines Colli di Parma DOC Lambrusco with cassis and raspberry syrup, designed to pair with local cured meats and traditional dishes. The project seeks to connect regional gastronomy with the cultural symbol of the Lambretta scooter to engage younger generations.

As part of the event, the Consorzio hosted a seminar titled ‘Colli di Parma DOC Lambrusco: identity, territory and new consumption opportunities,’ featuring President Tommaso Moroni Zucchi and Vice President Giovanni Lamoretti. The organizers intend to develop LambrettaSpritz into a replicable format.
