PARP audit clears HoReCa projects in Podkarpackie
The Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) has concluded its audit of HoReCa sector projects funded through the National Recovery Plan. The projects were managed by the Rzeszów Regional Development Agency (RARR).
The audit found no major irregularities, confirming that funds were not distributed to ineligible entities for de minimis aid. While 40 cases involved formal errors out of 250 projects reviewed across four provinces—Podkarpackie, Małopolskie, Lubelskie, and Świętokrzyskie—these were classified as administrative shortcomings. Of these, 35 involved contracts that were either terminated or unpaid, and none of the remaining five cases affected beneficiaries in the Podkarpackie region.
Administrative courts have also reviewed RARR's procedures. Out of 17 cases brought before the Provincial Administrative Court, 15 have been resolved with rulings confirming the legality of the agency's actions. Two cases remain pending for September 2026.
