Parque Bristol implements environmental education and sustainable technology park

Environmental education initiatives are transforming the Parque Bristol neighborhood in São Paulo. Following issues with flooding and a broken stream gallery near the CIEJA Clóvis Caitano Miquelazzo school, students, residents, and educators began addressing local environmental impacts.

Through the integration of sustainable technologies, a previously abandoned area used for illegal waste disposal has been converted into an orchard. This space has since evolved into the Sustainable Technologies Park, inaugurated in November 2025, serving as both a green area for the school and a community learning environment.
