Mato Grosso infrastructure projects advance in Cuiabá and surrounding regions

Public infrastructure projects are advancing across various municipalities in Mato Grosso. In Cuiabá, Mayor Abilio Brunini and Governor Otaviano Pivetta inspected the Parque da Família, a 32,000-square-meter space undergoing modernization. The project, involving an investment of approximately R$ 400,000 through a partnership with the state government, includes a synthetic grass soccer field, outdoor gyms for all ages, and themed playgrounds. Full delivery is expected within 30 days.

In Várzea Grande, construction is progressing at the CMEI Eleuza Maria de Souza Santos in the Parque do Lago region. The expansion aims to increase student capacity from 86 to 280 children in a full-time regime. Meanwhile, in Teresópolis, Mayor Leonardo Vasconcellos confirmed that healthcare services remain uninterrupted during the final stages of the UPA renovation, which will expand the facility from 39 to 56 beds.

Other regional developments include the inauguration of Parque Atalaia in Rio Verde, designed to promote outdoor physical activity and community integration. Additionally, political support for Governor Otaviano Pivetta was expressed by former mayor Germano Zandoná during a campaign event in Campos de Júlio, citing the administration's economic and infrastructure progress.
