The Parramatta Eels have appointed Mike Rush as their new chief executive, succeeding Jim Sarantinos. Rush joins the club following a 27-year career in elite rugby league, including a 13-year tenure as CEO of St Helens in the Super League, where he oversaw multiple premierships and a World Club Challenge victory.

In a separate announcement, the Eels secured the signing of Spencer Leniu on a four-year deal. Leniu, a four-time premiership winner, joins from the Roosters. The club's leadership aims to use these appointments to build a high-performance culture and long-term premiership success.
