Parsons awarded $350M Navy ISR contract

Parsons Corporation has been selected by the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific for a $350 million multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. The program, known as Seabed to Space Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (S2ISR), aims to advance next-generation maritime ISR and Information Operations (IO) capabilities for the U.S. Navy.

Parsons will provide research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&E) along with technical engineering services. The scope of work covers the full lifecycle of ISR systems, including initial development, deployment, and field sustainment. The contract is designed to enhance Navy capabilities across maritime, space, air, and land domains to address evolving threats through integrated engineering, data analytics, and cybersecurity expertise.
