Partido Revolucionario Moderno announces leadership changes
The Partido Revolucionario Moderno (PRM) has announced several leadership developments within its structure. In Chile, the party has formed a new sectional directive aimed at strengthening political organization and supporting the Dominican community residing in the country. Francisco Berigüete Mateo has been appointed president of the PRM Chile section, supported by vice presidents Aneudy Emilio Arias and Cristobalina Amador Tolentino. Other key roles include Juan González as General Secretary and Amparo Villanueva as Secretary of Organization.
In the Dominican Republic, internal discussions are underway regarding the potential inclusion of Luis Miguel De Camps in the PRM Executive Directorate. This move is part of a planned renewal for the 2026-2030 period scheduled for September 5. For De Camps to join, he would need to resign from his presidency of the allied Partido Revolucionario Social Demócrata (PRSD). The restructuring of the Executive Directorate is expected to involve changes to 15 members, following recent statutory reforms that expanded the body to 65 members.
