Partizan President confirms police investigation into club contracts

Rasim Ljajić, president of FK Partizan, has confirmed that the Criminal Police Directorate (UKP) visited the club and requested all purchase contracts signed between 2020 and 2024.

While the specific reasons for the investigation have not been publicly disclosed, reports indicate the inquiry may involve the 2021 transfer of Filip Stevanović to Manchester City. Ljajić stated that the club is obligated to provide the complete documentation requested by the authorities.

Additionally, Ljajić addressed a financial dispute with former player Đorđe Tomić. The dispute involves a claim dating back to Tomić’s time at Real Oviedo between 2000 and 2003, where a contract allegedly stipulated a payment to be made through Partizan. Ljajić noted that the club lacks the legal documentation required to facilitate such a payment.
