Parul University students lead cleanliness drive in Vadodara
More than 200 students from Parul University in Vadodara, Gujarat, conducted a large-scale cleanliness drive to mark India’s 80th Independence Day. The student-led initiative focused on cleaning a 12km stretch of road extending from the university campus to Waghodia Chowk.
During the operation, participants collected eight tractors worth of waste and garbage from the road and its surroundings. The university provided full support for the movement, which aimed to promote civic responsibility and highlight the role of educational institutions in maintaining public hygiene and community spaces.
