Parzniewice primary school completes major renovation

The renovation of the primary school in Parzniewice has been completed, allowing students to return to the building this September following a one-year hiatus. The project, which cost over 2 million PLN, focused on significant roof repairs and the implementation of fire safety recommendations.

Because the building is listed in the register of monuments, all works required consultation with a heritage conservator. The technical scope included replacing approximately 30% of the roof truss, cleaning and reinstalling half of the original ceramic tiles, and performing fumigation to eliminate wood-destroying pests like beetles. Additionally, the project involved upgrading electrical installations, emergency lighting, and fire signaling systems, as well as renovating staircases and corridors.
