PAS Band bassist Trisno hospitalized with kidney failure and brain clot surgery

Trisno, the bassist of Indonesian group PAS Band, has been placed in intensive care after doctors found his kidneys functioning at about 5 % and began regular dialysis. He also suffered a blood clot in his brain, leading surgeons to operate to prevent a stroke.

Post‑operative care includes strict visitation limits because he remains seizure‑prone, and ongoing dialysis with a possible kidney transplant under consideration. Drummer Sandy said visits are tightly limited to protect his condition. The band’s concert schedule continues with a substitute bassist.
