PAS Giannina files amateur cup entry and launches 1,000 basketball season tickets

PAS Giannina submitted its registration dossier to the Hellenic Basketball Federation for the newly revived amateur cup, a competition that returned last season after an eight‑year hiatus. The volunteer‑run club, which lacks paid administrative staff, highlighted the procedural effort as a success, noting that the team has won the cup for the past four years and may seek to defend the title.

Separately, the club announced the sale of 1,000 season tickets for its basketball arena, the “Sideris Karadimas” hall. The ticket drive aims to double venue capacity and strengthen support for the team, which recently strengthened its roster and competed in elite Greek and European fixtures. Payments are to be made to the club’s bank account, with confirmation required via email.

Both initiatives underscore PAS Giannina’s push to expand its sporting footprint and deepen fan involvement in the city of Ioannina.
