PAS prepared to use own logo following Perikatan Nasional suspension

PAS leaders have stated that the party will not face significant issues regarding its electoral identity in upcoming elections, even if it cannot use the Perikatan Nasional (PN) logo. This follows the suspension of the PN coalition by the Registrar of Societies (RoS) following a complaint from Bersatu.

PAS Vice President Datuk Mohd. Amar Nik Abdullah noted that the party's identity, including its crescent moon symbol, is already well-recognized by the public, including supporters of UMNO. He suggested that if the PN logo becomes unavailable, PAS is prepared to revert to its own symbol.

Sanusi Nor, the election director for both PAS and PN, confirmed that the party's central working committee will meet soon to discuss which logo to use for the upcoming Melaka state election. Sanusi remarked that facing Pakatan Harapan (PH) would make the choice of logo less critical to their success.
