PAS Previne participates in inaugural Usina São Domingos Walk

The PAS Previne preventive medicine program, part of Padre Albino Saúde, participated in the 1st Usina São Domingos Walk to celebrate the company's 74th anniversary. The event focused on promoting health and quality of life for employees and directors through physical activity.

During the event, health professionals provided bioimpedance exams, health guidance, and stretching and warm-up sessions. Experts emphasized the importance of physical preparation, such as warming up to elevate body temperature and stretching to improve mobility, to ensure safety during walks or runs on uneven terrain.
