Pasar Serdang revitalization to include rent relief for traders

Perumda Pasar Jaya has announced plans to revitalize Pasar Serdang in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. To support traders during this transition, the management is implementing several relief measures, including the option to pay outstanding rent and market management fees (BPP) in installments based on individual capacity and agreement.

Additionally, following calculations by a Public Accounting Firm (KJPP), the company has adjusted business space rental rates to Rp20,000 per day for the next 20 years to ensure long-term affordability for traders. Perumda Pasar Jaya is also coordinating with the Central Jakarta Administrative Mayor to manage street vendors (PKL) located outside the market area as part of the revitalization process.
