Pashanim tops German album chart, beating Amigos' 'Cleopatra

In the week ending 31 July 2026, rapper Pashanim reached number 1 on the Official German Album Charts compiled by GfK Entertainment for the BVMI, overtaking the veteran schlager duo The Amigos. The Amigos' new album "Cleopatra" entered the chart at number 2 only a week after its release.

The same chart featured new entries from Rin, Apsilon, Charli XCX, dArtagnan, The Strokes, Shania Twain and others. In the singles chart, Shakira & Burna Boy’s World Cup anthem "Dai Dai" continued its fifth‑week run at the top.
