Pasquale Mazzocchi returns to Venezia from Napoli

Pasquale Mazzocchi has returned to Venezia on loan from Napoli, a move involving an option and an obligation to purchase under specific conditions. During a press conference, the defender discussed his physical recovery, noting he expects to rejoin the group within a few days.

Mazzocchi reflected on his previous experiences, describing his time with Napoli and the Scudetto win as a “dream of a lifetime.” He also touched upon his tenure at Salernitana and his previous stint at Venezia, explaining that his decision to return was driven by his and his wife’s comfort in the city and the club’s growing project and infrastructure.

Addressing Venezia’s difficult start to the season, which includes five losses, Mazzocchi emphasized the need for the team to improve its defensive cohesion and understand the concept of a collective group to achieve better results.
