Passenger dies on Autobuses Unidos bus in Veracruz

A 55-year-old passenger, identified as Ernesto Andrade González, died on Friday morning while traveling on an Autobuses Unidos (AU) bus destined for Tierra Blanca, Veracruz.

The incident occurred around 08:45 near Rodríguez Tejeda. Passengers reported that the man began feeling unwell and alerted emergency services via 911. Although paramedics attempted to intercept the vehicle near Rancho Hidalgo, the bus continued its route to the local terminal.

Upon arrival at the Tierra Blanca terminal, emergency responders performed CPR and first aid, but González had already passed away, with authorities suggesting a possible heart attack. The State Attorney General's Office (FGE) conducted the necessary procedures for the body's removal. Other passengers were evacuated and provided with alternative transportation to complete their journey.
