Passo Fundo City Council honors Agenda 21 for 20 years of environmental work

The Passo Fundo City Council held a solemn session to honor the Permanent Forum of Agenda 21 for its 20 years of environmental activities. The ceremony, held at the Sete de Agosto Plenary, recognized the entity's contributions to sustainability, social justice, and economic efficiency.

Councilman Nharam Carvalho proposed the tribute, highlighting the organization's impact on essential quality-of-life issues, including water resources, sanitation, urban mobility, solid waste management, and environmental education. The event was attended by representatives from the executive and judicial branches, security forces, and various environmental organizations.
