Passtech Games announces Kintaro DLC for Ravenswatch

Passtech Games has announced a new downloadable content (DLC) character for the cooperative roguelite action game ‘Ravenswatch’. The new hero, Kintaro, is based on Japanese folklore and is scheduled for release on October 12.

Kintaro features a unique combat style involving a partnership with a bear. Players can mount the bear to perform powerful claw attacks and use roars to defend against enemies, or fight on foot using a large axe while the bear provides support. The character and the bear share a health gauge, where damage taken by the bear is transferred to Kintaro as ‘internal damage’, which can be mitigated by remounting the bear.

‘Ravenswatch’ is a dark fantasy title featuring characters from various global legends, such as Little Red Riding Hood and Beowulf. The game is currently available on PC, Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, and Xbox consoles.
