Pastelaria Aloma wins 2026 Best Pastel de Nata in Lisbon

Pastelaria Aloma has won the 2026 ‘Best Pastel de Nata in Lisbon’ competition, marking its third consecutive victory and sixth win in the contest's history. The final took place at the Marquês de Pombal Gardens in Oeiras as part of the Cooking Congress.

The competition involved 12 finalists from the Lisbon Metropolitan Area. Pastelaria 7 Desejos from Ericeira secured second place, while Casa do Padeiro from Odivelas took third.

Judges evaluated the pastries through blind tastings, focusing on appearance, dough texture, flavor, consistency, and filling. This year, the competition introduced a ‘mystery client’ component in September, which accounted for 30% of the final score, while the blind tasting in Oeiras comprised the remaining 70%.
