Pasto implements teacher training via Tutoring Program for Learning

The Municipal Secretary of Education of Pasto, in collaboration with the National Ministry of Education, is conducting the second phase of the Tutoring Program for Learning. This initiative provides training for teachers to strengthen pedagogical capacities and implement strategies for comprehensive, high-quality education within the municipality's schools.

The training sessions focus on integral formation guidelines, the harmonization of Interest Centers with Institutional Educational Projects (PEI), and the Integral Formation Plan, including monitoring mechanisms. Tutor Lucía Jiménez Belalcázar noted that the sessions aim to ensure teachers and students work in an articulated manner. These workshops are designed to enhance the technical skills of tutors, who play a vital role in supporting students and educational institutions.
