Pat Bryant emerges as standout during Denver Broncos training camp

Denver Broncos wide receiver Pat Bryant is receiving significant praise from teammates and coaches during the team’s summer training camp in Englewood, Colorado. The second-year player, a former third-round pick from Illinois, has earned the nickname ‘Patty Ice’ from offensive coordinator Davis Webb following a series of strong practices.

During a recent scrimmage, Bryant demonstrated his skills by high-pointing a pass from quarterback Bo Nix in the red zone, jumping over defenders Ja’Quan McMillian and Jahdae Barron to score a touchdown. Defensive coordinator Vance Joseph described Bryant as a ‘complete package’ due to his ability to block, catch in traffic, and track the ball vertically.

Teammate Jaylen Waddle also expressed excitement about playing alongside Bryant, noting his work ethic. After a rookie season that included notable plays against the Kansas City Chiefs and Dallas Cowboys, Bryant appears to be positioned for a breakout campaign in 2026.
