Pat Narduzzi criticizes ACC's lack of respect in football polls

Pittsburgh head coach Pat Narduzzi has criticized the lack of respect shown to the ACC in college football polls. Following a 5-0 start for the Panthers, which included a narrow victory over Virginia Tech decided by a missed field goal, Narduzzi urged AP Top 25 voters to “wake your (butts) up.”

Narduzzi argued that the current polling is “disrespectful to the ACC,” noting the disparity in rankings between conferences. While the Big Ten and SEC hold numerous ranked teams, the ACC currently features only three in the Top 25. He suggested that voters are often overly focused on conference logos rather than on-field performance.
