Paternò invests in new 30-seat electric school bus

The municipality of Paternò has approved the purchase of a 30-seat Ford electric school bus to renew its fleet and reduce environmental impact. The acquisition, managed through the Public Administration Electronic Market, was awarded to Tirrenabus S. r. l.

The total cost of the investment is approximately 117,242 euros, including VAT and transport costs from Florence. Funding for the vehicle is provided through environmental compensation measures established in an agreement between the Municipality of Paternò and GGP Solar 2 S. r. l., rather than through standard municipal resources.
