Patos de Minas launches hiring drive and cultural grant programme
The Patos de Minas municipality published Edital nº 03/2026, a simplified selection process for temporary staff across a range of occupations. The notice includes a single immediate vacancy for a psychiatrist and reserve slots for positions such as sanitary agent, dance instructor, baker, archive technician, security worker, radiology technician and various medical specialists. Salaries reach up to R$ 5,822.27, with a food voucher of R$ 950 and additional incentives for medical specialties. Applications are accepted from 17 to 19 June 2026 via the Conecta Patos platform, with selection based on title analysis and results announced in early July.
In parallel, the city released Edital nº 11/2026, a public call to select up to ten cultural initiatives for the Municipal Network of Culture Points. Aligned with the National Aldir Blanc Policy, each approved project will receive a grant of R$ 29,450. Submissions are open from 15 June to 14 July 2026, also through Conecta Patos, and aim to broaden community access to culture, preserve local traditions and foster social inclusion.
