Patras hosts 14th Pink the City event for breast cancer awareness

The city of Patras is set to host the 14th Pink the City 2026 event on Sunday, October 18, organized by the ‘Alma Zois’ Breast Cancer Women’s Association of Achaia. Under the slogan ‘Make the Checkmate Move,’ the initiative aims to promote breast cancer awareness, prevention, and early diagnosis.

The program includes a symbolic Pink Walk starting at the intersection of Meizonos and Ermou streets, passing through Gounari, Korinthou, Pantanassi, and Riga Feraio, and concluding at the intersection of Meizonos and Agiou Nikolaou.

Following the walk, the central area of Patras will host various activities, including music, dance, creative workshops, children's activities, and health promotion booths. The event is presented by Christina Lambiri and Stefanos Konstantinidis.
