Patras to host 1st International Children's and Young Adult Book Fair

The 1st International Children's and Young Adult Book Fair will take place in Patras, Greece, from November 11 to 15, 2026. Held at the historic Skagiopouleio building, the event features over 100 creators from Greece and abroad.

Under the theme ‘Imagination encircles the world’, the fair aims to move beyond traditional book sales by focusing on active visitor participation. The program includes more than 122 activities, such as creative writing and illustration workshops, comic and graphic novel sessions, theatrical performances, and interactive storytelling.

Events are designed for children, teenagers, parents, and educators, offering opportunities to meet authors and explore the connections between books, technology, and cinema. Parallel sessions will also address topics such as reading habits and child development.
