Patria and BELMA to explore integrating mine-laying systems with TRACKX

Patria and the Polish company Bydgoskie Zakłady Elektromechaniczne BELMA S.A. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to explore integrating BELMA’s modular mine-laying system (MMLS) with the Patria TRACKX armoured tracked vehicle.

The cooperation aims to exchange information to develop competitive offerings and identify business opportunities in international markets. A potential solution would combine the flatbed variant of the TRACKX platform with BELMA’s fully automated system, which is capable of deploying up to 600 anti-tank mines in less than 20 minutes.

Developed through the EU-funded FAMOUS programme, the Patria TRACKX is designed for high mobility, protection, and adaptability. This partnership supports Patria’s strategy to expand its armoured vehicle cooperation with Polish defense companies.
