Patriarch Porfirije consecrates Trojeručica Monastery

Patriarch Porfirije of the Serbian Orthodox Church led a holy liturgy and consecration ceremony at the Trojeručica Monastery in Drobnjaci on September 6, 2026.

During the service, the Patriarch dedicated the temple to the Holy Mother of God, describing her as a protector and intercessor for those who pray and repent. He emphasized the role of monasteries as places of prayer and comfort for the faithful, praying for peace in the hearts of all people and for the well-being of Orthodox Serbs worldwide.
