Patrice Aminati shares updates from hospital stay

German presenter Patrice Aminati has shared updates from her hospital stay via Instagram, providing followers with a glimpse into her current life while battling illness. The 31-year-old shared photos and videos showing her in a hospital gown and receiving gifts such as flowers and homemade jam.

Aminati noted that she is spending much of her time reading. Her mother has been providing book recommendations, including works by Juli Zeh, Daniel Glattauer, and Dimitri Verhulst. Notably, Viktor E. Frankl’s “Man’s Search for Meaning” (Trotzdem Ja zum Leben sagen) was seen on her bedside table, a book focused on maintaining hope during crises.

In a previous post, Aminati stated that she is focusing on living in the present and is not seeking attention through headlines. She mentioned that her current treatments for metastases have not been fully effective and that previous hopes for a new therapy at the Dresden University Hospital were not realized. Despite these challenges, she expressed a commitment to not giving up, stating, “I am still alive. I like living.”
