Patricia Blanco faces eviction and insolvency

Patricia Blanco, daughter of singer Roberto Blanco, appeared before a district court in Reinbek to contest an eviction lawsuit. The 54-year-old reality star faces significant financial difficulties, with rent arrears reportedly reaching as high as 15,000 euros at one point. Despite a partial payment, approximately 9,710 euros remain unpaid.

During the hearing, Blanco’s attorney, Christian Abel, announced that a petition for private insolvency had been filed on behalf of his client the previous day. Abel attributed the payment issues to delays from the Jobcenter; although the agency had reportedly promised to cover the outstanding rent after Blanco applied for basic security benefits in February 2026, the funds have not yet arrived.

The landlord expressed a complete loss of trust and stated a desire to terminate the rental agreement. No settlement was reached during the proceedings. The court has granted both parties until early October to respond to the insolvency filing, with the next hearing scheduled for October 8, 2026, which may result in a ruling on the eviction.
