Patrick Davidson wins 2026 AIR RACE X championship

Patrick Davidson has secured the 2026 AIR RACE X championship title following the final round of the series held on September 13. Entering the final race, Yoshihide Muroya held the lead in the annual standings, but the results of the fourth race led to a tie in total points.

Both Davidson and Muroya finished the season with 99 points. However, according to series regulations, the championship was decided by the number of season victories. Davidson, with two wins, surpassed Muroya, who had one win, to claim his second consecutive annual title. Muroya finished the season in second place overall.

In the final race, Muroya secured second place with a time of 61.717 seconds, while Davidson took the victory with a time of 61.207 seconds. Other notable performances included Emma McDowall taking third place and Aaron Delley securing a podium finish despite a one-second penalty.
