Patrick Sébastien sells Paris home to fund new cabaret
Former France 2 presenter Patrick Sébastien, 72, is selling his 450 square meter residence in Boulogne-Billancourt to finance the opening of a new cabaret titled “Chez Patoche”. The establishment is scheduled to open on November 19.
Sébastien plans to relocate permanently to Martel, in the Lot department, where he has owned property for approximately 50 years. He intends to limit his travel to the Paris region to the absolute minimum, opting for hotels when visits are necessary.
The sale follows previous security concerns at his Boulogne-Billancourt home, which was reportedly subject to two burglaries, including one in August 2019 where items valued at several hundred thousand euros were stolen.
