Patrick Watson announces first Australian tour in over a decade

Canadian songwriter Patrick Watson is returning to Australia this November for his first tour of the country in over a decade. The tour supports his 2025 album, 'UH OH', which was developed following a vocal cord injury that temporarily prevented Watson from singing.

To complete the project, Watson utilized a collaborative approach, featuring guest vocalists such as Martha Wainwright, Charlotte Cardin, MARO, and Charlotte Oleena. The album has already garnered a Juno Award nomination for Adult Alternative Album of the Year.

Watson's career highlights include winning Canada's Polaris Music Prize for 'Close To Paradise' and achieving a significant streaming milestone with his 2010 track 'Je te laisserai des mots', which became the first French-language song to surpass one billion streams on Spotify.
