Patrocínio begins urban diagnosis for Master Plan revision

The municipality of Patrocínio has entered the urban diagnosis phase of its Master Plan revision. Conducted in partnership with Sebrae, the initiative aims to update local planning tools to guide orderly municipal growth.

The process addresses specific demands regarding land use, mobility, housing, and infrastructure. To support these efforts, the Municipal Council for Urban Policy (COMPUR) has been established to ensure institutional oversight and community participation throughout the territorial analysis.

This current stage involves collecting socioeconomic and environmental data to identify local needs and challenges. The findings will serve as the technical foundation for future municipal expansion guidelines and development strategies.
