Lamine Yamal follows in second place; although he previously won the award in 2024, he remains a top contender.

In third place is Yan Diomandé, the Ivorian forward recently signed by Real Madrid from Leipzig for 125 million euros. Diomandé's rise follows a strong World Cup performance.
