Pau Cubarsí leads the 2026 Golden Boy rankings

Pau Cubarsí, Lamine Yamal, and Yan Diomandé are leading the race for the 2026 Golden Boy award, according to the latest ‘Top 100’ update from Tuttosport.

Barcelona defender Pau Cubarsí has moved into first place following his performance at the recent World Cup, where he played in all eight matches and was named the tournament's best young player. Lamine Yamal follows in second place; although he previously won the award in 2024, he remains a top contender.

In third place is Yan Diomandé, the Ivorian forward recently signed by Real Madrid from Leipzig for 125 million euros. Diomandé's rise follows a strong World Cup performance. The update also saw Warren Zaïre-Emery of Paris Saint-Germain drop from second to fourth place. Other notable players in the rankings include Ayyoub Bouaddi in fifth, Victor Froholdt in sixth, Rayan in seventh, and Endrick in eighth.
