Lyric tenor Paul Ettore Tabone is returning to Far North Queensland for a series of tribute concerts dedicated to Andrea Bocelli. The performances are scheduled for Cairns, Innisfail, and Ingham.

The concert tour includes a show at the Cairns Performing Arts Centre on Friday, 11 September, followed by a performance at the Innisfail Shire Hall on Saturday, 12 September. Additional shows will be held at the Ingham Shire Hall on 16 and 19 September.

Tabone, who has been described by the BBC as ‘Australia’s own Bocelli’, will perform iconic repertoire such as ‘The prayer’, ‘Time to say goodbye’, ‘Canto della terra’, and ‘Besame mucho’. The tribute is inspired by Tabone’s 2016 experience sharing the stage with Bocelli at the Arena di Verona.
