Paul McCartney details performance at Taylor Swift's wedding

Paul McCartney has provided new details regarding his performance at the July 3 wedding of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce at Madison Square Garden. Appearing on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’, the Beatles legend revealed that Swift personally requested he perform the 1964 classic ‘I Want to Hold Your Hand’, a song he had not played live since the original Beatles era.

During the performance, Swift joined McCartney on stage. McCartney recounted encouraging her to sing along and dedicate the song to her husband, Travis Kelce. While it remains unclear if they performed a duet, guests noted that Kelce also took the microphone during the reception.

In the same interview, McCartney discussed other topics, including his upcoming special edition of ‘The Boys of Dungeon Lane’, a collaboration with Ringo Starr, and his recent documentary ‘Man on the Run’. He also shared an anecdote about comedian Larry David, whom he jokingly said he would ‘never’ invite to a concert again after David refused to sing along to ‘Hey Jude’ at a previous show.
