Paul Pelosi invests millions in Bloom Energy and Intel

Congressional financial disclosures reveal that Paul Pelosi, husband of former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, made significant investments in Bloom Energy and Intel Corporation during July 2026.

Pelosi’s household acquired 15,000 shares of Bloom Energy and 200 call options, with the total value of the Bloom Energy position estimated between $3 million and $12 million. Bloom Energy, a San Jose-based fuel-cell manufacturer, is positioned to support the artificial intelligence boom by providing on-site electricity for data centers. The trades occurred shortly before Bloom reported strong quarterly results.

Additionally, the filings show a purchase of 10,000 Intel shares and 50 call options valued between $500,001 and $1,000,000. Pelosi’s office stated that the former Speaker does not own any stocks and has no involvement in these transactions. The disclosures have reignited public debate regarding congressional stock trading and the potential for informational advantages held by lawmakers and their families.
