Paul Seixas Stuns at Tour de France with Fourth‑Place Finish

Nineteen‑year‑old French rider Paul Seixas became the youngest cyclist to start the Tour de France since 1937. Prior to the race he won the Flèche Wallonne and earned a podium place at Strade Bianche. During the three‑week Grand Tour he held his own against the peloton, ultimately finishing fourth overall, just off the podium after the Alpe d’Huez stage.
