Paul Ziemnisky named IDDBA President and CEO

The International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA) has appointed Paul Ziemnisky as its fourth President and CEO. Ziemnisky is scheduled to begin his new role on September 8.

Ziemnisky joins the association from Dairy Management Inc., where he served for five years as Group EVP of Wellness, Innovation, and Business Development. He brings over 30 years of experience as a senior business executive and brand marketing leader, including previous work at Kraft Foods, Inc. where he led innovation for brands such as Velveeta, DiGiorno, Tombstone, and Kraft Natural Cheese.

He succeeds Bill Haaf, who left the association earlier this year. Ziemnisky’s appointment comes during a period of growth for the Madison, Wisconsin-based organization, following a record-breaking annual show in Orlando and increased membership across the dairy, deli, bakery, and retail foodservice sectors.
