Jurado said she was left to figure out tasks on her own, often waiting for instructions that never came, and struggled to locate the panel indicating work stations.

The fast‑paced environment added pressure: strict time controls on order preparation led to frequent reprimands for even minor delays. Jurado described feeling anxious, crying after shifts, and being overwhelmed by the constant monitoring of speed and accuracy. She also mentioned uncomfortable incidents, such as being asked to clean the floor by a manager, which contributed to her overall sense of trauma at the workplace.
